Measurements and Conversions March 9, 2012

1 tsp = 5ml
1 tbsp = 15ml
7g instant yeast = 2 1/4 tsp
1 cup butter = 226g
1 stick butter = 4 oz = 110g
1 cup flour = 125g
1 cup caster sugar = 200g
1 cup icing sugar = 120g
1 cup condensed milk = 200g
1 cup Nutella = 140g
1 cup rolled oats = 90g
15g gelatin powder = 4 tsp
2 gelatin sheets = 1 tsp

1 cup self raising flour = 1 cup plain flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 baking soda

1 cup buttermilk = 1 tsp lemon juice + 240ml milk, stand for 10 mins

1 cup plain yogurt + 1 tbsp cornstarch = 1 cup sour cream
